the staff (Hande , Khalil and Burak) were extremely amazing, very kind and made our stay very comfortable, we can’t thank them enough and we are looking forward to meet them again soon the hotel (suites) are clean, new, comfortable and well equipped The view wasn’t bad but it looks just to a quiet street The breakfast in the morning was very nice and well prepared with good traditional varieties The Wi-Fi was fast and easily connected The location is not so close to bus or metro station although it’s 7-10 minutes walking to the nearest station … the reception staff always helped with getting us a taxi though The neighborhood was quiet and clean with a so close activity area of restaurants and bars near supermarkets are available we had a great time there and we are sure looking forward to come back (Ahmed _Rasha_talia_Alia)

We really enjoyed our stay here and the boutique feel of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved that we had a balcony and view of the city where we could sit and drink our coffee in the mornings. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that the AC was located over the bed so it kept the room nice and cool. We enjoyed the included breakfast as it was a really nice way to start our day and we didn't have to go searching for food in the mornings. The staff were very friendly and dropped off water bottles to us everyday and cleaned our room. We also loved the location. The hotel is on a very quiet street and we didn't hear any city noise, but we were just a few blocks from dozens of cafes and restaurants and the night life. We would definitely book here again!

location is excellent , the value is good for what i received , reception staff are great specially mr.caber & the lady , very helpful all the time , house keeping doing very good job in cleaning all the days same level , checking in & out are done in short time with very big smile & well-coming warm store room is available for my mother wheelchair , helping in & out . heater system is excellent .

The location was on a quiet street, very near to some of Istanbul's attactions. There is a street full of cafe and bars just a few steps down and the Bosphorus are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was huge with a sofa that fit two adults and even came with a washer & dryer to help your rotation. There are also several groceries shops around the corner which helps if you want to get some snacks or supplies.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat.
